How do I join an event?
Through the invite link the organiser sends you: it opens Fleev straight on the event. If you don't have the app yet, install it and then tap “I have an invitation” on the welcome screen, and the link is picked up automatically. You can also type the invite code by hand.
How does Fleev work out the repayments?
Every expense has one payer and a set of beneficiaries. Fleev adds up what each person put in and what they owe, then looks for the shortest set of transfers that squares everyone up. All amounts are held in whole cents, so no rounding goes missing along the way.
Why can't I see my photos?
That's the point. An event's photos stay locked until its end date, for everyone at the same time. The countdown in the Stories tab shows exactly when they unlock.
I'm not getting notifications
Check that notifications are allowed for Fleev in your phone's settings. Note too that Fleev never notifies you about your own actions, and that a scheduled post only notifies people at the moment it actually goes out.
Can I limit what guests can see?
Yes. Within an event, each module has its own read and write permissions, adjustable guest by guest: details, posts, expenses, tasks, photos and gifts.
